How Can I Help? By Ram Dass and Paul Gorman. It was written in the 80s, but it seems so pertinent today. Although some of the language may be a little dated, the personal stories that pepper this book are fantastic, and the ideas around why we hesitate to help, social conditioning around helping, and receiving help are as relevant today as they were then. Wow, some things never change!This book is worth a read if you are thinking of helping but seem stuck. Or are you trying to create change at a larger level and include others?
